Ordering
Once an order has been placed, it is usually not possible to change anything about that order. However if the order has not yet been shipped or otherwise fulfilled we may be able to make changes at our sole discretion if you contact us quickly at help@wokeupinnewyork.com
Product images and colors
You understand and accept that (1) colors as seen on a device or computer may not look the same as the colors of our manufactured product delivered to you, and (2) no guarantee is made that any image as seen online will necessarily match the exact appearance of the final product.
Shipping Policies
Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 5-8 business days
Canada: 6-12 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
These are estimates only and delivery time is not guaranteed. In some cases an order can take up to 30 days to arrive, if your order will take longer than this we will make our best effort to contact you.
International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If your order never arrives, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at help@wokeupinnewyork.com making sure you provide your order number.
We'll see what can be done.
Return policies
Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week's time! - help@wokeupinnewyork.com
Wrong size/color/style:
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the product matches the size stated on the order or product page. Though rare, it's possible that the product was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
If you'd like a different size/color/style, get in touch with us at help@wokeupinnewyork.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are, however this usually will require placing a new order at your own expense, but we'll see what we can do.
All returns are at our sole discretion and you must contact us before sending an item back. Please contact us within a week of receiving your order.
